Introduction

Avery Floor Marking White 60 consists of two components:
  1. white calendered film with a removable adhesive (Floor Print White) and
  2. transparent textured overlaminate (DOL 5900).

The system is designed for use with the electrostatic printing/dry separation process, screen printing or solvent inkjet printing to produce robust full colour graphics for short term application (maximum 2 months) on indoor floors only.

Description

Avery Floor Print White:

  • Face-film : 80 micron, white calendered vinyl film
  • Adhesive : removable, acrylic based
  • Liner : one side coated bleached kraft paper, 140 g/m©˜

Avery DOL 5900:

  • Face-film : 100 micron, transparent matt textured vinyl overlamination film
  • Adhesive : permanent, clear, acrylic based
  • Liner : one side coated bleached kraft paper, 140 g/m©˜

    More information about our test methods can be found on our website.
  2. Durability
    The durability is based on middle European exposure conditions. Actual performance life will depend on substrate preparation, exposure conditions and maintenance of the marking. For instance, in the case of signs facing south; in areas of long high temperature exposure such as southern European countries; in industrially polluted areas or high altitudes, exterior performance will be decreased.
